Wizards with Smartphones

Wizards with Smartphones is a setting-agnostic tool for DMs to use within existing games and campaigns. I made this for One-page RPG jam 2023, and took some inspiration from Homestucks Sylladex system.  

I started this project with the intent of creating a magic system that was primarily about drawing arcane circles, which then sent me down a world-building tangent of imagining wizards dealing with lockdown-esque shenanigans. Feel free to use or add your own custom rules! It would be cool to see what kind of things people can make with it.
